Accessibility Information

At PiltserCowan, it is important to us that our services be accessible to persons of all abilities. Unfortunately, our historic building not fully accessible to persons with mobility impairments. Although there is an elevator between the first and second floors, there are 3 steps from either the front or back door to reach the elevator and the elevator is too small for a wheelchair.

Foreign language interpreters as well as ASL interpreters and CART providers for the deaf and hard of hearing are available with advance notice.  We regrettably cannot use friends and family as interpreters except in emergency situations.

You may expect to receive a written summary of our legal advice after any meeting.

Please also note that our office is not a nut-free environment.

If our office presents an accessibility obstacle for you, just let us know and we will arrange to meet with you at an alternate location at no additional cost — whether that is your home or office, or a meeting room that we will book at our expense to meet with you.
